Deborah Quok, Principal Partner Deborah is a recognized leader in corporate and not-for-profit association environments. Her experience includes senior management roles at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, where she was distinguished for implementing innovative solutions, team building and managing change. While at AT&T and Lucent, Deborah accomplished numerous process improvement initiatives through her participation in real estate portfolio design and completion of one of the largest corporate divestitures, as well as Lucent’s $24 billion acquisition of Ascend Communications.
Deborah is a noted advocate for advancing diversity in the commercial real estate industry most recently through her work with CB Richard Ellis, a QAV client. She is an inspiring visionary with a talent for relating to and motivating people. In addition to facilitating strategic plans, she is a highly sought speaker, facilitator, trainer and executive business coach. She has served on not-for-profit boards including the American Cancer Society and as President of CREW Network in 2004.

Michael Arthur Johnson Graduated 1967, Washington State University, degree in Electrical Engineering. Travelled, lived and worked extensively in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Europe now living in Latvia. While living and working in Japan, experienced the Japanese work ethic and commitment to quality and improving the way of operating a business and processes. Has utilized the theory and concepts of Dr. W. Edwards Deming’s to manage high volume electronic manufacturing operations.
Now consults to industry on process management, analysis, improvement and the application of complex computer control systems to solve complex tasks. Utilizes statistical process control methods, charting and analysis techniques for process improvement. Has developed proven techniques to measure, monitor and improve more subjective customer service processes including custodial housekeeping, landscape maintenance and customer service processes.
